Annual service inspection and help at your fingertips
With a world-class system, we naturally also offer a service agreement of the highest quality. The agreement includes:
- an annual service inspection with subsequent service reports, etc. and the opportunity for new employees in the company to get an introduction to the system
- possibility to contact Nextech in case of malfunction, need for spare parts or similar. Nextech can either help by phone to repair the fault or help to find spare parts. If necessary we will visit the company to troubleshoot the fault.
- if required, the system can be connected to a network or PC-based solution, where Nextech can monitor the system and/or receive an alarm if a fault occurs in the installation.
